Custom signatures — every roast and blend built around a single species, Coffea excelsa — define a new shape for what coffee can be when the bean comes first. The California Roast for the daily carafe, the Espresso Roast for the bar, a Seasonal Blend that turns with the year. Each is roasted in seasonal batches out of San Diego — small, specific, signature. Excelsa House isn't a roastery doing Excelsa on the side; it's a coffee company built entirely around what's next.
