Warehouse & Fulfillment Lead — Full-Time · Warehouse

Owns the physical movement of coffee — inventory, inbound shipments, outbound fulfillment, kitting, and throughput as Excelsa scales nationally through ecommerce, wholesale, Amazon, and distribution.

Brand & Content Coordinator — Full-Time · Hybrid

Helps Excelsa own the narrative around the future of coffee — content, storytelling, social, ecommerce, and education for someone excited about culture, design, media, and startup energy.

Cafe / Experience Lead — Full-Time · Cafe

The cafe is more than a coffee shop — it is a showroom, tasting room, educational space, and proof of concept for the Excelsa movement. This role maintains excellent customer experience standards, supports daily cafe operations, and represents the Excelsa mission and story to customers.
