Grown under a wild shade canopy in the Khe Sanh Valley of Vietnam, this roasted lot is a rare coffee varietal: Coffea Excelsa, prized for its bold body and distinctive flavor profile beyond typical Arabica or Robusta beans. Fermented for 120 hours before drying and finished to a light-medium roast, this micro-lot delivers black currant, macerated berry, dried rose, and port, with a wine-like, layered cup and an exceptionally long finish. A rare, small-batch shade-grown selection.
