A different part of coffee’s family
Excelsa has a much smaller commercial presence than arabica or robusta. This Quảng Trị natural-process origin lot is our starting point for exploring it, outside the Foundation, Incline, Summit and Paradise series.
Natural processing dries the coffee fruit around the seed before it is removed. The result here is a full-bodied cup with low acidity and the chicory, tobacco and cherry profile of our production roast.
This coffee is not decaf. We have not lab-tested this lot’s caffeine content and do not claim a specific reduction.
