Introducing a rare and expressive Excelsa coffee from Khe Sanh Valley in Vietnam’s Central Highlands.
Grown by Madam Huong, a celebrated producer and 2024 Asian Championship competitor, this exceptional micro lot is cultivated under dense shade canopy alongside vegetable crops using regenerative organic farming practices. The slow-growing nature of Excelsa coffee develops a uniquely layered cup profile with vibrant fruit character, complexity, and depth.
Following harvest, the cherries underwent an extended 180-hour ana*robic process, creating an intensely aromatic and distinctive flavor experience unlike conventional coffee varieties.
This offering includes 300g of unroasted green coffee beans intended for home roasters, specialty buyers, and coffee enthusiasts seeking rare and experimental coffees from one of the world’s most climate-resilient coffee species.
