Chemex is one of the best ways to introduce someone to Excelsa coffee. The thicker filter softens bolder edges and creates a polished, balanced cup while still preserving Excelsa’s unique personality.
This method is excellent for people curious about Excelsa but wanting a clean and approachable experience.
